Sleep Journal Day 1

This whole insomnia thing isn't getting better.

Nothing I am trying is helping.

Sleep aids: Make me "lose time" and I'm not a fan.

I am so tried some days I can hardly keep my eyes open. my headaches are getting worse and I do not like how it makes me feel.

So I have started a sleep journal. I am keeping it private for now (namely because my sleeping pattern/habits would be pretty boring reading.) I am hoping that it will shed some light on what is going on with me. I guess we will have to see what happens.
