Mom's Stroganoff recipe
Here is the recipe *with* the substitution for the cheesy stroganoff packet.
1 Season Packet from Hamburger Helper Stroganoff
1 Cheese packet from the cheap Mac and Cheese
1/2 cup Minced Onion
1 Tbsp Fat (yes...fat that is what she wrote down. butter also works)
1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp All purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 4 oz cans of mushroom pieces (I only used 2 because Mark isn't a mushroom fan)
1 10 1/2 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz container of sour cream
1 cup milk
1 pkg egg noodles
1/8 tsp pepper
